Privacy policy
What we do with the data you leave when you request a document or write to us. Written to be understood on first reading; if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

Data
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms. Depending on the form, that may be: your name, e-mail address, company or institution, role, and the short description of your query or of the decision in front of you. The Advisory form also asks for a turnover range, and institutional access asks for the client category you yourself declare under MiFID II.
We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address, billing details, or any special category of data. We also keep the date of your request and the fact that you ticked the consent box, because the law requires us to be able to prove it. For institutional access we additionally keep the text of the self-certification you accepted.
Purpose
What we use it for
- To send you the document or the information you asked for.
- To answer your query and, where appropriate, to continue the professional conversation that follows from it.
- To verify, in the case of institutional material, that its distribution is limited to professional clients and eligible counterparties.
- If you subscribe to FGA Macro, to send you the weekly edition. You can unsubscribe with one click in any mailing.
We do not pass your data to third parties so that they can sell you anything, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not take automated decisions about you.

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in handling and following up a professional query that you yourself started. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to fsalvador@fgaresearch.com.
Recipients
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the providers that process data on our behalf and under contract, because we do not host our own servers: the provider that hosts this site and receives the forms, and the provider we use to send you e-mail. Some are outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you want to know exactly which ones, ask us and we will tell you.
Retention
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain interested in the professional relationship. If you ask to be removed, we delete your address and keep only the minimum record that you asked, so as not to write to you again by mistake. Records required by regulation are kept for the period that regulation imposes.
Your rights
What you can require of us
To access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to the processing, restrict it, and take it elsewhere in a readable format. An e-mail to fsalvador@fgaresearch.com saying what you want is enough. We answer in person, not through a form. If you believe we have not done it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
